Noosa Ultra Trail 2023 Recap

It was a busy and fun weekend for sure. 
With Lidia away for 10 days at a meditation retreat, kids school and activities to take care, a friend visiting from Sydney for the race, all the logistics for my own race and to look after the kids while I'm running, the aftermath of race weekend extravaganza... I cut myself some slack from Sunday's post. 

Instead I wrote a race report for my 2023 Noosa Ultra Trail.

And yes, I'm back running already. In fact, I never stopped. That's the best way to recover.
