RUNNING COACHING

Personal bests and finishing medals are just results.
The enjoyment, satisfaction and longevity in running, I believe, come from that magical feeling when you are running well. When you learn new things about the sport and yourself. When you look forward to that hard workout or very long run not with dread but with excitement because it is the reward to your passion. When you work towards achieving things you thought were out of reach or plain impossible, without any self-doubt holding you back. It is about the performance-enhancing discovery of the WHY you run which makes the simple act of putting a foot in front of the other memorable and worthwhile.

Coaching is my opportunity to support you achieving your running goal and truly love the process.
I will share all I learnt over the years and continue to learn about training, recovering, planning, racing, nutrition and more. I'll help you get the best out your body and mind to tackle anything makes your soul tick. 

Coaching is a partnership, with no excuses, to take you from where you are now to where you would like to be.

Over the years I've been fortunate to work with some amazing human beings.
While it may seem that being fully tatooed helps you running crazy distances for several weeks in a row, the things in common for all these amazing achievements are simply trust, commitment and accountability. 

One on One coaching - online & Sunshine Coast

I offer personalised training programs for marathon and ultra-marathon distances. On road or off road. 

​The training programs are designed to fit your lifestyle and work commitments, covering:
  1. Mindset: We discover your unique and very personal WHY, the areas of strength, weakness and fears to achieve perspective, build confidence and "mental tools" you can use in training and racing. 
  2. Core, Strength and Stability: We incorporate functional exercises and cross-training to support the exercise volume, avoid injuries and speed up recovery. 
  3. Running plan: Using the Xhale online platform, the plan is delivered weekly and is continually adjusted based on your feedback and life commitments. The running is done alone, with your running club and friends. One-on-one with me is often possible. 
  4. Nutritional Advice*: I can help you find the nutrition and hydration strategy which works for you, and you can implement during race and training.​ (* for the record I am not a sport nutritionist, the advise is based on my own experience)
  5. Anything else in between: Just planning the race strategy, logistics and packing the backpack for an ultra marathon race is a big task! I can help you with any question you may have, and when I don't know, I will find out for you!

SUNSHINE COAST - ONE ON ONE COACHING
I don't do things halfway so that's what you can expect from a one on one coaching. 

Starting from 12 weeks, we train together once a week with additional online program. 
​Available in Sunshine Coast only.

5in5 - 18 weeks program to run 5 marathons in 5 days

#5in5 Perspective Action Will
The #5in5 was born from my own experience of running 20 marathons over 29 days in 2012 and the powerful and life changing experience that proved to be. 

This running challenge is like nothing else out there and the program is certainly not for the everyone. 

If you are ready to break through self doubts and limiting beliefs and build the confidence, resilience, mental toughness and physical fitness to take you from where you are today, to where you want to be, the #5in5 may be for you. 

The program is limited to 5 runners per intake and the training program is 18 weeks long.
The cost is $5,000 and includes all the training, organisation and support of the final 5 marathons.
