Autumn is here, and it's magical.
I felt it the moment I stepped out for my run this morning. There was that first crisp morning air, and everything was a bit quieter than usual. Even the birds seemed to be enjoying a sleep-in. For the first time in many months, I had to rely on the alarm clock to wake up, since the Kookaburras relied on me starting my run to signal the new day.

It's funny how the change of seasons can make our usual running route feel like a new adventure. This morning, it was as if I was exploring it for the first time – a beautiful change of pace from the usual morning routine.

Running in the autumn morning is a breath of fresh air – literally! The cool air feels invigorating, and it's hard not to feel grateful for the chance to experience it all.
